Hi, my name is Charlie White. I am an architect, builder, contractor, developer, property owner and property manager. I am also the CEO of a software company specializing in design, graphics and interactive internet communication.
Mostly, I have my Mom and Dad to thank for all the diverse paths of my career. Like many sons, I apprenticed in my Dad’s business. For the past 50 years, he has been operating a successful real estate development and property management business.

disposal to pursue my mission. I have my own construction company, complete with bulldozers, sky lifts and dump trucks. My partner, Roger Brittain is brilliant at operating our crews of crafts people and getting the job done. Our partnership greatly extends my reach in construction capability and flexibility. We are much more than contractors, we are builders.
Our design business has evolved over the past couple of decades to the point where now 80% of our work is done for ourselves in speculative real estate development. A majority of the rest of our work is also related to real estate development. For friends and relatives, we occasionally design homes. Our development project types are apartments, condominiums, townhomes, strip shopping centers, office buildings and office centers. We also have built churches, country clubs and medical clinics.
Since 1996, I have owned a software company in partnership with Mort Olshan. Mort is a major real estate developer, property owner and property manager based in New York, New York. Our relationship has broadened my view considerably. Together, he and I have developed some of the most exciting software in the world of architects, builder, real estate developers and owners. We know that the computer and the Internet can fundamentally improve the design, construction and development process. We live it. When we execute, we make a better profit.
Currently, I am rededicating myself to becoming a “tekth.” I want to become a master builder. A great placemaker. I hope you enjoy my website. I use it for inspiration. I hope you will too.
