Construction Documents The condominium design was largely based on a previous project. The designs were enlarged and several exterior facade features were changed due to recommendations by the architectural control committee and their consultant, Architects Southwest. After the design process was completed, the construction documents were practically complete as well. In this case, BIM could not help us become more efficient in this process.
